Approved Quality Statute for mental health care section III
As of January 1, 2017, all providers of 'medical GGZ,' i.e., mental health care within the Health Insurance Act, are required to publish a quality statute. The 'National Quality Statute for Mental Health Care' describes the quality standards a healthcare provider must meet to organize care for the individual client in mental health care (GGZ). It also formulates quality requirements in the field of learning and improvement.
HomeBase Care has the approved institutional quality statute, which you can download here.
